Good home style TexMex. I've tried many of the dishes and none disappoint. Today I had the senior plate with beef enchilada with ranchero sauce!!! so good!! Our server John was the BEST!!!
We had the cheese Enchiladas and they were delicious, heavy on the chili sauce which was tasty. Margaritas pretty sweet and didn't seem too strong, the service was excellent and had a nice family feel.

Been going here after Aggie football games for 'bout 25 years - well before it was called Casa Rodriguez. My roommate worked here when we were students. It says something that he still wanted to go back after starting his real career. The food has always been great!
From the Salsa to the Big Red Margarita to the Taco Loco, everything was delicious! We will be back!
